Once you enroll we will contact you to register your student for the classes of their choice.

LSA will provide a report card at the end of each quarter for the parent to add to their student's records and transcript. Please contact Jill@lifespringacademy.com if you need any help with your transcript.

Solutions classes are $630 for each credit class.  This amount can be paid in full or broken down into 3 payments of $212 each. Payments will be scheduled through PaySimple.

FAQ's for Blended Model Families

I've heard about the great school events and programs LSA provides for students and their families. Can Blended Students be a part of these whole school events?

All Blended Model student's tuition includes participation in school events such as our Fall Festival, Thanksgiving Feast, Christmas Program, and all extracurricular activities.

Do Blended Model Students get to go on school field trips?

Yes! Field trips are an important part of LSA's curriculum. Through a Blended Model student's tuition does not include field trips costs, all Blended Model students and their parents are welcome to attend field trips with their class. Permission slips and fees are required to attend.

I can't decide on doing the Blended Model or Full-time option. Can I switch from Blended Model to Full time mid-year if I change my mind?

Typically, yes! Families may switch from our Blended Model to full-time (as long as there is space available) Students may NOT switch from full-time to the Blended Model do to curriculum content and how it is introduced.  Any Blended Model family who later moves into our full-time program will pay the full-time tuition of $475 a month for Grammar and $495 a month starting the first full month as a full-time student.

I know that some of your classes have both full-time and Blended Model students in them. What does that social/emotional dynamic look like between the students?

It's pretty amazing! Our Blended Model students fold into the regular classroom on the days they are on campus. The full-time students miss their Blended Model friends when they are gone and have come to not only look forward to their days on campus.

I've never homeschooled before. Will I be able to do this?

Absolutely! We make it easy. LSA provides the lesson plans, curriculum,  report cards, and even sample daily schedules for your home days. As previous homeschoolers, the founders of LSA are here to help you and guide you through this amazing journey God has led you on.

Do I need to open a homeschool or keep my homeschool open?

No, your student now comes under the academic responsibility of LifeSpring Academy.

The NC Department of Non-Public Education does not require you to open a homeschool or keep your homeschool open if your child is enrolled at LSA. Some families choose to keep their homeschools open for other siblings, etc, however it is not required that you do so.

Will the Blended Model Program ultimately become a self-sustained classroom?

With the precautions that schools are implementing with Covid-19, it is our hope to have both LSA's Blended and Hybrid students in a separate classroom from the full-time classes. This will give us an effective plan for  physical distancing, hopefully providing a structure to keep the students in class without having to quarantine larger classes.

Once we are on the other side of Covid-19 Pandemic, we will reevaluate the Blended Model structure and make plans accordingly.

Do you accept Blended Model families who have the opportunity scholarship?

Yes! Students all still go through the Admissions Process, but we do accept the Opportunity Scholarship.

Additional Notes about Blended Model:

The "Blended Model" at LifeSpring Academy is created specifically so that parents can remain highly involved in their children’s education. In fact, for this model to be successful, it requires a high level of involvement from the parents. This model allows for parents to spend more time with their children in home education without the stresses associated with running a school, planning curriculum, etc. Students will attend LSA 2 days each week, in which they will get to experience our rich classical curriculum and project base learning of education while the days they work from home they will work abstractly on concepts using take home packets and handouts provided by the school. The Blended Model Resource Fee provides curriculum  through both digital curriculum access and paper copies of curriculum guides. Additional curriculum materials (or curriculum in different/preferred formats) is the responsibility of the parent.
